This townhouse would only be appropriate for uni students who have a car or are willing to catch the train from Coniston. Chores electricity gas phone and internet shared 50:50.I think Im quiet easy-going and accommodating for others. Im quite busy and in and out alot during the week. When I come home I appreciate the opportunity to chill-out and not have to put up with a loud TV/music/housemate etc (i.e. Im fairly quiet and would appreciate a relatively quiet housemate also).Inspections not available until 11 February 2011
