Hi! I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Mangerton. The room is $130/wk for a good medium sized room with large built in wardrobes. You will be sharing with 1 male and 1 female (not a couple) both in their mid twenties. One is an Masters student at UOW and the other working full time. They are both very friendly easy to get along with and clean up after themselves so we are looking for someone with the same nature who is tidy and doesnt mind occasionally socialising. The house is in very good condition with the kitchen and lounge room fully furnished so all you will need is your own bedroom furniture. It is in a quiet location with the free gong shuttle bus stop just around the corner. The weekly rent does not include utilities. We have ADSL2+ broadband internet which is $20/ month each.
