Hi! I have a room for rent in Mangerton awesome location 5min drive to uni beaches Wollongong CBD etc and close to the free bus route. We are looking for someone to move in ASAP as we did have someone lined up who pulled out at the last minute.You will be sharing with two female uni students both in their early 20s. Our current roommate ismoving out because she has graduated and is moving out of the area.There is plenty of free parking on the street. The move in date will be early decemeber (not set in stone) however we do have a garage that you can start storing things in proir to the move-in date if need be. The room is a good size room and has its own balcony. It will be unfurnished however it has a massive built in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There is internet/wifi for $20 month and bills are spilt equally
