We have some furniture you can use if you would like except for a bed which you will need to provide.House has large upstairs area and downstairs entertainment area with bar area.We have all essentials: dishwasher washing machine dryer 2 fridges air con + fans fireplace 2 tvs big yard with balcony and a hammock swing chair bbq double garage everything. The place is 5 min drive to Uni and Wollongong. Bus stop outside doorstep if you dont have a car with buses going to Uni via Wollongong.Rent to be split 4 ways at $112.50 each per week. There is a bond payable when u move in of $450 but this is refunded as soon as you move out. Utilities to be split 4 ways also but tend to be about $80-100 each every 3 months so arent that high.I do Commerce/Arts at Uni and Nicola does Arts/Creative Arts.
