Large room for rent in a 5 bedroom share house. House is located at 68 Grey Street Keiraville just a short 10 minute walk to Uni. House includes two bathrooms two living areas kitchen laundry and car park. A mix of uni students and a graduate our house is very sociable and have the odd friendly gathering or two about 20 mins to walk to uni and 2 mins to Keiraville village. Must be keen to mingle with friends of other roommates. Very musical with a total of 2 pianos 3 guitars and a ukelele within the house.
