The house is a gorgeous newly renovated house in a quiet Ellengowan Cres Fairy Meadow. Close to public transport and 5 mins walk to supermarket.The place has hard wood floors throughout a large living and dining room new (and damn good) kitchen. Gorgeous white bathroom with bath that you could sail a ship in (a fairly small ship.) We have ADSL2 connected and a very large backyard complete with hammocks and fireplace with soon to be potting shed and veggie garden. Large shed that is currently occupied by ping pong table and beer fridges. Off-street parking but not in the garage thats ping pong tables and beer fridges…. The place is mostly furnished however there is always room for a bit more. Current flat mates are a M and F both mid 20s professionals who work full time in the Wollongong region. One is an engineer and the other a computer geek. Both easy going enjoy a drink or two lots of music and a chat. We are looking for an easy going professional flatmate around the mid 20s mark. Someone who is sociable isnt going to mind having the occasional person over for dinner or drinks on a weekend. Someone who is happy to have a glass of wine and sit around talking crap of a night or veg out in front of a movie.
