Alas both of my housemates are moving to Europe and as a result I will be looking for 2 new housemates in the coming months: 1 bedroom down 1 to go! We have 1 bedroom available from the 26th April 2010. The house is a gorgeous newly renovated house in quiet Ellengowan Cres Fairy Meadow. The place has hard wood floors throughout a large living and dining room new kitchen complete with dish washer gas stove and walk in pantry. Gorgeous white bathroom with bath that you could sail a ship in (a fairly small ship.) ADSL connected and a very large backyard complete with hammocks and fireplace. The loungeroom is large complete with projector and the dining room is a good size. Large shed that is currently occupied by ping pong table and keg fridges. Offstreet parking. The place is mostly furnished however there is always room for a bit more… Current flatmates one 25/m and one 28/f are both full time professionals working in the Wollongong. We are both active and involved in regular sport. We are both social we currently share cooking and enjoy a drink and chat or a beer down the pub. Music is a pretty constant part of the house and while weeknights are often quiet a bit of a social gathering on a weekend is always a possibility. We are looking for a new flatmate who is going to fit in who is social doesnt mind a drink but who isnt going to throw wild parties midweek either.
