I have a spare room in a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The room has a built in wardrobe but is not furnished. The apartment has been renovated with new floorboards and a renovated kitchen and bathroom. I work full-time and study by correspondence. I am easy going but am neat and tidy.
