Hey! We are a young couple looking for someone to share our humble abode with. We are both relaxed friendly people that also enjoy quiet time. We both work shift work in hospitality and arent often home much on days off. We are offering 1x bedroom w/ biw and main bathroom (as we have an ensuite). The room we are offering is on the other side of house from ours for privacy. There in convenient st parking directly at the front of property and also a nighttime security gate for parking at rear if you desire. (No assigned parking space) And also a spare bedroom we use for extra storage but can also be used to have guests stay which you would be welcome to utilise as study space and what not. We have a wifi internet connection which can also be used (not included in rent) We have already established the house so we have everything you can think of all you would need is bedroom furniture towels and maybe pots and pans if you have them.Rent $130 per week doesnt include gas and water those bills will be split equally by the 3 of us quartly. Less than 1 min from petrol station 3 min drive to Woolworths and Aldi and free gong shuttle bus stop 9-10 min drive to Uni Tafe and CBD.
