Terms and conditions: General Terms The house is available for domestic holiday rental only. ie No weddings or parties without prior approval in writing from the owner. Check in / Check out time The accommodation is available from 2pm (negotiable)on the date of your arrival. Check out time is negotiable depending on other bookings that follow. We require a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of payment and a bond as a security against loss or damage the week prior to arrival. An inventory is checked after your stay and all damage or losses will need to be paid for. Please leave the house as you found it. Please ensure that all dishes and cooking implements are washed and put away and that the dishwasher is on, prior to departure. If the cleaner is required to do unreasonably more than a standard clean, the additional time will need to be charged. Finally and most importantly, please treat the house as your own home.
