This is the perfect holiday home for the larger family. It is set on the Shoalhaven River with beautiful views. You are located on a large fenced block and surrounded by the water. Seven mile beach is 5 minute drive away. The River offers swimming and fishing. There is 2 boat ramps one across the road and another around the corner. The house has three large bedrooms – 2 doubles, 2 singles and a cot. There is a great country feel with wooden furnishings setting. The property includes separate lounge and dining and main bathroom upstairs. Down stairs there is an extra family room large enough to use the sofa bed for extra persons and still have use of the room. There is a dishwasher, 2 TV;s 2 DVD players, 2nd bathroom down stairs- (shower & toilet only) There is plenty of out door areas to chose from either on the top balcony or around the home to enjoy a BBQ. Over holiday periods it is a minimum of 7 night booking at $2300 Off season $1900 per week and $800 for week end. Linen not included.
