In the lounge room you will find a large super comfortable lounge with seating for all whilst watching a movie on the large plasma T.V. There is also an input for your music device if you bring your own audio cable.

Dining
The dining room has a nice timber oval dining setting with seating for 6 (but additional 4 matching chairs are in the house) to cater for your big dinners.

Sunroom
The sun room on the Eastern side of the house is a long light filled room with a lounge/sofa bed that can be used a great reading space, place for cards or an additional sleeping area at one end and another nice timber dining setting, a great place for breakfast in the sun, at the other end.
