Shelly’s Culburra Beach is in an excellent position, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 3 houses from the golden sands of Culburra surf beach. The house faces north overlooking a bush reserve. The beach provides perfect waves for surfers and body boarders, whilst just a short relaxing walk along the beach is a patrolled area (in school holidays) for the kids.

Shelley’s accommodates 8 Guests comfortably.
Has a fully equipped new kitchen with large Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master with queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third has 2 sets of bunk beds.

Upstairs you will find an open plan living that leads out onto a large deck across the front of the house with a gas BBQ and unique BAR ideal for catching that cool sea breeze in the evenings or just kicking back with a cool drink and a good book.
Downstairs you will find another living area with TV, DVD and Wii console great for keeping both the little and big kids entertained.
The garage has a table-tennis table and another fridge for beer and bait,
There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry with washing machine, dryer and third w/c

The family pooch is welcome (Culburra Beach is dog friendly) and will be safe in the fully fenced back yard, a guest doggy bed has been provided.
