Fairlight House has two living rooms, the downstairs living room is open plan and has comfortable couches to relax on and read a book, or catch an afternoon nap. The upstairs living room has a funky circular couch and a television. The home is suitable for the large family or 2 families sharing the costs.

There are 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 9 people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom each with a private balcony, tri bunk bed in the third bedroom and the fourth has a set of single bunks.

The house also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a laundry with a top loader washing machine and a large backyard with plenty of room for the kids to play. There is a second three way bathroom upstairs with bath, shower and toilet. For your comfort Fairlight House is air conditioned.
