Comfortably sleeps 9 people or 2 families in four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2 queen bedrooms have their own ensuites and are separate from the downstairs area that has 2 bedrooms (one room which can sleep one or 2 and a second bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a double and single bed), its own living room (TV and DVD), bathroom/laundry, large deck and external access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Blanco appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher), as well as all the usual necessities. The Fisher and Pykel fridge features iced water and ice-making facilities.
