The available room is a sunny fully furnished room in a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse with secure parking. It has a double bed built ins, a lcd tv, dvd player, small fridge and a microwave. You will have sole use of main bathroom but share the kitchen. It is a large quiet gated community with a pool, close to shopping, public transport and sporting fields.
