Enclosed front, rear and side verandah’s allow for heaps of extra living space. There are two large bedrooms, main with air conditioning and second with access through to the rear verandah. The bathroom has a seperate bath and lowset shower. The kitchen is modern with electric cooking facilities. Laundry is under side of house and has some storage space. There is a carport at the back of the house with rear lane access. No Dogs.
