Conditions:
A bond is required for all holiday accommodation. A deposit of 1 weeks tariff is required except when the booking is for one week where a weeks tariff is payable.
It is a condition that when vacating the property it is left in a satisfactory state and no damage done. If extra cleaning is required it will be taken from the bond.
Each unit is fully self-contained however tenants must provide there own linen.
Keys are available no later then midday on day of arrival and must be returned by 9am on day of departure.
Booking weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday.
Please note: NO PETS are allowed.
