Hi i am moving out. So i need some one to take my room. The place is very bright airy and clean. The bus stop is just out the front. 5 min to Kingscliff and 10min to Tweed Heads. You will be put on the lease just for the security of my house mate and you as well. You will be required to pay 3 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent. My house mate that you will be living with is Nick (28yrs old). He works fulltime and is clean and pretty quite he likes to have a beer after worked. He is just a kool housemate.
