Tuckeroo is located on popular South Beach Road between the river and the surfing beach, a short stroll over the bridge to shopping, cafes, hotel and restaurants. This home has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher. The huge solid timber dining table will comfortably accommodate 12. There are two lounge/sitting areas – the front lounge and bedroom are able to be closed off to divide the house. The four bedrooms contain two queen beds and four single beds, and there is a separate shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry for convenience. The dining/kitchen opens out onto the large upstairs covered deck with a view over the river – great for relaxing! The garage will comfortably accommodate four cars.
Tariff – $235/night (min. 3 nights – not available during school holidays. weekend bookings will only be accepted two weeks prior to arrival and must be paid for in full when booked), $770/week off season, $1020/week school holidays, $1650/week Christmas/Easter. School holiday tariff applies to bookings during *Splendour in the Grass* festival. 50% deposit is required on booking (payment by cash/chq/money order/ EFTPOS – Visa and Mastercard only – 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions).
