Large spacious house with room to rent..10 mins walk to CBD..close to bus stops and train line..tidy household with lounge room small kitchen seperate bathroom small backyard great security…OSP.room has large wardrobes and there is a washing machine fridge and BBQ..i work several days a week as a cook in a nearby espresso bar..i commute mostly by pushbike and do not own a car..i practice guitar almost daily read yoga drink and smoke.. i follow no certain religion..i also have two dogs..a 8yr old black female kelpy and a 9yr old male miniature daschund..preferably i would like someone who is tidy sense of humour reliable and honest..
