I have a room avalable to rent in Warabrook the room available has own ensuite as well as built in wardrobes the amount is $180 a week that includes bills. i will also require a bond of two weeks rent which is 360 dollars. The house is close to the train uni and shops. There are two friendly chicks living in the house we both work full time and are pretty active and busy after work. we like to keep a clean house and just all chip in to keep it that way… You must be clean and tidy and also responsible. Also you must not mind living with animals as you will be sharing the house with them aswell we look forward to meeting our future house mate
