Room of rent in a share house .close to shop. $300 bond $ 90 week plus $20 week for bills total $110 week. Must be pet friendly as we have a pet. However no more pets can be added to the house other then a small bird or fish. I want some one that is funny and able to take a joke. Would rather you worked but it’s not a must .
