Villa has a parking spot (I use the lock up garage) and a good size bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobe shared bathroom with separate toilet separate lounge dining and kitchen with a study area also. Villa is fully furnished you would only need your bedroom furniture but if you have additional things you would like to bring I am happy to make room. Close to bus routes shops and parks and in a quiet street. Rent is $175 per week and covers lease of the room and foxtel as well as use of any appliances etc in the house. Utilities (gas water electricity) extra and come quarterly.I work full time and also have a well looked after cat so housemate needed that doesnt mind a cat as well as not having any pets of their own. I am easy going but tidy and like to have a easy going social relationship with my housemate so a sense of humour and willingness to get along a must.
