UNFURNISHED room available in Tighes Hill sharing with 30 yr old male and 24 yr old female (Not a couple). Room is of good size and is close to Beaumont street and short bus ride to uni. House has 3 bedrooms with carpet, wooden floors through house, shower and bath, medium sized backyard, parking available on street, and 2 cats and a dog outside. We don’t mind having a weekend drink on occasion so we’re definitely looking for someone who is fairly easy going and chilled, but also clean, reliable and friendly.
