HI i am a 25 year old male looking for a easy going CLEAN professional with similar interests. The room is 2340 x 3020 and is unfurnished with built in robe but the rest of the unit is fully equipped including laundry. we in a block of 6 units right at the top of Tyrrell street with a 5 minute walk to Darby street and 4 minutes to newcastle beach.
