House is in an awesome location with ocean views, just a 5min walk to Newcastle beach & Darby St. Large, spacious, bedroom room is available. We have 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, courtyard and balcony. There’s no lounge-room but we still manage to hang out a lot.

We are a relaxed, social household who are looking for a reliable & considerate person to move in.
