This room is on the top floor of a 4 storey terrace. It has panoramic views of the harbour and you can check the surf at Newcastle beach from the comfort of your bed. Far out. The room is pretty small about 4x3m. It comes unfurnished but previous housemates have easily fitted a double bed in there. The house is big old crumbling and completely furnished. Its a 5min walk to Darby St. Hunter St. Mall Newcastle Beach King Edward Park and Newcastle Train Station. Some features include: a bbq drumkit balcony furniture L shaped couch 2 fridges. Its 5 bedrooms 1 bathroom with an extra shower and toilet outside. Theres a lounge living area with dining table and music studio. You would be sharing with 3 guys a girl and 2 cats. We have a spare bedroom that we often rent out short term to travellers. It keeps things exciting. We are all in our early 20s and either studying or working. Except the cats. They are only 1 year old and dont really pull their weight. Rent includes high-speed internet and all utilities. We try to split house-purchases pretty equally. Bond is $480 Smoking is fine outside. We even have an ashtray. To live here you must: like cats clean up after yourself withstand having a drumkit in the house pay rent without fail.
