* I have a room that will be available possibly from the 13th of this month. Bond is 4 weeks rent. It has a double built in and can fit a queen bed bedside table tv stand / tv and bookcase but theres still a bit of room.* We are on Hunter St in the heart of Newy close to Darby St Civic station short walk to Marketown* The fridge washing maching microwave lounge etc are all my housemates stuff so when she goes obviously it all goes with her so if you have any of these things we could negotiate rent price so i pay a bit more or something like that; unless i have these things sorted out by the time someone moves in. * I am a friendly and easy going person I am currently not working so i dont mind if you are a student or whatever as long as you can pay rent on time; its all good
