There will be one medium room available in this first floor 2 bedroom unit within a few weeks; I live in the master room and used to live in the medium one which fit a queen bed medium chest of drawers bookcase beside table and it has double mirrored built ins wardrobe With a balcony and small laundry room inside the unit it is currently furnished with everything you would need (which all belongs to me) therfore weve had the arrangement that both tenants pay equal rent (since youll be using my washing machine etc) Im originally a country girl so im a fairly easy going friendly and fun person you will pay your rent of $146 per week to me and ill pay the rent for the unit each week; theres also a 4 week bond required. I have my own internet set up but its not wifi unfortunately but your welcome to get your own internet set up aswell Its situated in the middle of Hunter Street so its literally about a 2 minute walk to civic station and its close to all the major pubs and clubs and Marketown is about a 10 minute walk away Youll need to go on the lease through the real estate but even if your a student theyre pretty good with that. I wasnt working full time when i first started living here but theyve been great. Its a cosy nice little place to live its been home to me for about a year and half and im happy for a guy or chick to move in..
