I’m looking for 2 easygoing roommates who want to live it up share a fantastic 3 bedroom apartment in the CBD of Newcastle.

It’s on the 5th floor of a secure building, with Hunter St at your doorstep, and is conveniently only a few minutes by foot to Civic train station or trendy Darby St. Marketown shopping centre is about a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment is modern with a spacious kitchen. The large living area opens up onto a huge north-facing balcony with heaps of natural light and views of Newcastle harbour.

The apartment is fully furnished with good quality furniture and appliances, with heaps of built in storage in both the kitchen and living areas.

The room is very large and has built-in robes with plenty of storage space. You’ll share a full size bathroom with one other person only.

About your potential housemate!

Jeremy : 29 y.o male, full-time photographer. He has also been an architect, professional gigolo, and life & relationship coach (barman) in a previous life. He enjoys cooking, boxing and the art of cycling and jogging. Love going for a bite to eat on Darby St and having a drink!

I’m after flatmates who are fun, sociable, respectful, and tidy around the house. Someone who likes going out and living their own life, but doesn’t mind the occasional drink or meal with their flatmate.

The rooms are available from Saturday 22nd June, so you can move in asap.

Rent is $180/wk per room paid fortnightly in advance. Bills not included. Internet is available, this is an extra. All bills and internet are $20/week.
