Room to rent in flat in New Lambton. Rent is $140 a week does not include bills (gas and electricity). They are an extra $30 a week. Found it is easier to collect money for bills each week rather than chase money when bills come in. Flat and room is fully furnished though you can bring your own bedroom furniture if you wish. Flat also has internet and foxtel but as these are not included in rent or bills if you wish to use these services then you will have to negotiate a price. Room is available from 10th December.
