I have a room to rent in a flat in New Lambton. My girlfriend has moved away for work and hence I have space for someone to comfortably share my flat with. Rent is $165 per week. This includes all bills (electricity, gas, internet, phone and foxtel). The room does come with a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, though you can bring your own furniture if you wish.

Flat is within close walking distance to public transport and local shops. Takes less than a 20 minute bus ride/15 minute car ride into town, and is within a 10 minute drive to the University of Newcastle. Within a couple of blocks from Wests New Lambton and is just over 5 minute drive from Westfields Kotara.

Flat is located in New Lambton, which is a good outer suburb of Newcastle. There are plenty of parks within walking distance, and Hunter Stadium is also within a short walking distance.
