I have a room to rent in New Lambton. It is fully furnished (desk and chair tallboy and single bed). The rest of the house is fully furnished as well. Rent is $120 a week (paid fortnightly). Bond is equivalent to 3 weeks rent so $360. You would be sharing with my partner Michael as I work out west and will only be back in holidays.
