HiWe have a room available now it has a queen size bed dressing table and wardrobe at one end and a lounge TV at the other it also has its own entrance if preferred (we are all very friendly and dont have curfews lol ) it also has its own under cover area with seating and bar fridge outsideIt used to be our home theater so also has a nice thick carpet.Inside the house the room has its own large fridge microwave toaster kettle etc external to the room but bathroom is shared really need to see !The house is in new lambton heights in a cul de sac (behind John Hunter hospital) upstairs has three bedrooms plus the one available downstairs two sitting areas upstairs a new granite kitchen and separate dinning room also there is a pool at the rear and a enclosed patio area at the front We are a mixed group in age sex and lifestyle most of us work but 1 guy share trades from home so we all keep busy and come and go but generally its very peace full but company is there if you choose
