Hi we have a room for rent in a new 3 bedroom duplex at Merewether. It has separate lounge/dining area garage and there is a small courtyard out back. The room is unfurnished with built-ins and will comfortably fit a queen bed with room to spare. The other areas of the house are fully furnished however there is room for furniture if required. Currently there are two professional males living here aged 26 and 31. We are looking for a neat and tidy housemate.Rent is $145/week plus bills shared evenly.
