To share with a student in her mid-twenties currently in final year of study.I currently work in hospitality so I usually work nights and weekends. In my spare time I like to go out for coffee and meals and also enjoy the occasional relaxing wine at the end of the day. Im looking to share with someone who is easygoing tidy and a non-smoker. I would also prefer another FEMALE housemate.Rent is $175 per week (bills not included). House is fully furnished except for bedroom. Bedroom has balcony and mirrored built-ins. Townhouse is located in a quiet area. Approximately 10 minutes walk to beach and close to shops pubs and public transport. Great location!!!!
