Im a 24 year old young professional looking for a new housemate!!!You would be moving into a fabulous three bedroom house (one is used for visitors) with a great kitchen (including dishwasher) comfy couches and an amazing deck that overlooks the huge back garden. The place is mostly furnished but more furniture could definately be considered. Its only a short stroll to the beach and the baths. The room itself is sunny with a great sea breaze and has a built-in wardrobe. Its currently unfurnished. Its located at the end of the house so it feels very private. I am a young professional who takes it very easy during the week but loves going out with her friends over the weekend and hanging at the beach.Im looking for another young professional. Id prefer if they were able to share some of the cooking (i love to cook) and help with the cleaning of the house. Otherwise someone who likes to chill out listen to music and have a bit of a laugh. 230 a week may seem a lot but u will understand once u see the place!look forward to hearing from you!!!
