I have a spare room in Mayfield East actually two but its a small house and I will be keeping one of the rooms as a spare. Its a pretty cool old house which has been well looked after and I plan on continuing that polished floors throughout and a tiled laundry.Only one bathroom but a second toilet in the enclosed entertaining/bbq area out the back.The kitchen is small but functional and has gas.The only things you will need are those to fill your room up.Plenty of off street parking and a reasonably small front and rear lawn/garden areas.Now the disclaimer – i keep two pets both pythons and both in glass enclosures so you will need to be comfortable with them.I do enjoy playing some electronic music but mainly just on weekends and I will be considerate :)Im working full time so up early every day and I am also studying at uni again but via correspondence so with my social life included I keep pretty busy!As long as you are respectful trustworthy and friendly and you think you can get along with me let me know.
