Hello!My partner Paul (40) and I (30) are seeking one housemate to share our 3-bedroom home in Mayfield East which is about 10mins drive from Newcastle beach/CBD area.Both Paul and I work full-time but I work partly from home (2-3 days per week) because my time is split between running my own (home) business and working a casual job.The house is fully furnished and so is the single room we have on offer – but we can also provide the space furniture-free if you have your own stuff. Also the room has a built-in wardrobe.Weeknights at our place are pretty chilled; we cook most nights and kick back with music or a movie. Weekends are mostly spent catching up with friends (sometimes entertaining here) domestic chores spending time with our two Golden Retrievers gardening cooking etc.ABOUT OUR PETS: Our dogs (brother and sister) are happy friendly loving and definitely part of the family. They spend their days mostly outdoors but sleep inside on the floor.We have pay TV and wireless internet which wed share if you like but is not compulsory. Our home has on-street parking only. We have a medium-sized backyard with BBQ deck/entertaining area. A small loft area above the lounge room/kitchen is where we keep a bit of exercise equipment (but you wouldnt call it a gym). Theres also a spare double-bed in the loft. Otherwise out hang out/social area is an average size open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room. Its walking distance to transport grocery store and local parks gym/RSL and public swimming pool. Bond is two weeks rent: $240.00
