I have a 3 bedroom house and I would like to rent 1 of the bedrooms out. The third bed is set up as a home office. The house is very new on the inside with a large spa bathroom. Great kitchen and medium sized backyard with shed. The street is very quite and it takes about 5 mins to get to honeysuckle/nobbys beach. There is a great gym just around the corner.I have a big but gentle dog who is well mannered and sleeps inside at night and spends the days outside. I am looking for someone who can pay their rent on time every week is mature clean and considerate. If you enjoy good food and the odd beer then thats a bonus!PLEASE NOTE THE RENT IS $220 PER WEEK…. BUT THIS INCLUDES ALL UTILITY BILLS INTERNET HOUSEHOLD ITEMS SUCH AS CLEANING PRODUCTS ETC… I would be quite happy to drop the rent down and split the bills but I think this way is so much easier and less stressful! All you have to worry about is paying the rent!
