Hi I am a 26 year old female looking for a new flatmate for my large clean renovated federation house as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.I have a small dog with a very friendly personality she is 3 years old and amuses herself most of the time.The room that is available is quite large it can fit a queen size bed 2 sidetables a tallboy and 2 clothes racks easily.The house has boards throughout and is fully furnished except for the room available. The house has 3 bedrooms and one is used as a spare room or for storage of junk (could be used as a study if needed) The house has a large lounge room with a seperate dining that i never use! The kitchen and bathroom are big and has a bath and there is a second toilet out the back in the laundry. The backyard is large and has an out door entertaining area. There is only on street parking.I work 6 days a week and am only really there at night I am looking for someone aged 20-35 that is employed has a sense of humour and doesnt mind keeping the house tidy.The house is in Mayfield East which is 4km from Newcastle Cbd. There is a bus route that runs down my street and is close to tighes hill tafe.I am a smoker but only smoke outside.I would like someone that doesnt mind having a drink and a chat as well!Please contact me if this sounds like you
