Large room available in modern townhouse in mid-size complex. Unit is two bedroom with two bathrooms and although its not huge it is nice and modern. There is a sunny balcony and the complex has a yard if you feel the need to kick a ball around.Share with couple one is a shift worker and the other spends some nights away. We are looking for someone who works and is housetrained. Must have good sense of humour and be okay with not partying at home.On-street parking only.
