Very quiet, water is just a few hundred metres away as well as an awesome walking track. Close to CBD and very accessible via industrial drive. On street parking.

Rent $150 per week. Bond is $950. Bills not included in rent. Wifi internet and foxtel available. Lots of garage storage space. Room available to move in now.
