All rooms have ducted or reverse cycle air-con. Fans in all bedrooms. Phone and internet access. Parking is on-street but easily available. Currently have 2 dogs that are friendly and live outside and an inside cat. Outdoor entertainment area and pool to use. Utilities are shared amongst residents and are not included in rent. The house is furnished but you will need to provide bedroom furniture.Furniture in picture is not included.
