Hi I will have a room available from the middle of September onwards (at present I am finishing off some odd jobs around the house prior to getting a roomate)The house is located in Macquarie Hills in a quiet cul-de-saq close to shops/bus stops etcThe house itself is a 3 bedroom (although one bedroom is a study/wardrobe space) Renovated (seperate toilet) outdoor deck and landscaped yards. I am currently commuting to and from the Hunter Valley each day for work so not home during the day.I would describe myself as:- Friendly/Easy Going- Tidy- Respectful- Non SmokerI am looking for a room mate with these same values..
