Professional or student with a mature attitude would be good. Wireless broadband and utilities included. Im a professional who has raised her 3 children and now has spare space. Am used to living with people – first time alone! Have had boarders in the past; young people attending the ballet school. House still tends to have many visitors and people staying but essentially the room is near a bathroom and toilet/laundry with mostly exclusive use for the renter. Older style house with high ceilings and OH fans. Im a keen gardener so the backyard is lush with fruit trees palms and a water feature.There is a black cat and fish. Our animals have been slowly dying off. However I am in no danger of dying soon and still enjoy my work and social life.
