looking for someone around my age who works fulltime. House has polished boards has washing machine dryer fridge TV Lounge DVD player plus kitchen has all utensils etc.Looking for someone who doesnt mind cats as i am getting a kitten soon.Place also has a solar array so power bills are minimal or non existant.there is a garage but wont have car space.Its a quiet street with good neighbours.Give me a buzz if youre interested.Cheers.Kier
