The apartment is open plan and very sunny tiled throughout and has air conditioning modern appliances and has been recently renovated. The apartment has two balconies which make it great for entertaining and has one off-street carpark.Rent is $135/week each not including bills.The apartment is fully furnished however a new housemate with a TV would be a plus as the plasma will be leaving with an existing housemate.The apartment is very close to hamilton station and also next to the bus route that goes to the Uni which makes it perfect for students.The successful applicant will be a clean and tidy housemate and must also be willing to sign a new lease as the current lease is expiring. Therefore each person must submit an application for tenancy to the real estate for approval – forms will be provided.
