My name is Venessa I am nearly 27 and am looking for someone to share this beautiful house with. I am hoping to create a community share house that has an open homely feeling to it (not a boarding house). The house its self is a 2-3 bedroom with medium sized rooms 1 bathroom Gas in a good sized kitchen with great bench space for cooking medium sized court yard with an enclosed leafy garden and on street parking in a safe friendly street close to transport and Beaumont St. There is internet available and Im in the process of starting a veggie garden and compost. 4 weeks bond and advance rent is needed plus bills. I myself like to enjoy life and am quite open minded am creative and practical around the home I try to live naturally recycling/re-using were possible. Though Im not a party person I love filling the house with music and good vibes. I am currently a student at TAFE I love animals and share the home with 2 lovely cats 2 cheeky rabbits and gold fishes so someone with a love for animals would be important as they share the house too. Im hoping to create a home together with like minded peolpe… contributing together as a household sharing meals good company and friendship with honesty and home grown goodness.
